PROGRAMS AVAILABLE
All sessions take place at River Legacy Park in Arlington.

New Training Class, from January 9 through February 18, 2012.

A 6-week program designed to prepare 5K, 10K and half marathon runners who have a goal to participate in spring events, It is recommended 10K and half marathon runners be able to run an hour without stopping or have completed a 5K race.

Program includes evaluation of your current level of running and establishing realistic goals with specific workout schedules. Two workouts per week (Monday/Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. Optional weekend long runs on Saturday at 8 a.m.). Weekly monitoring of your workouts with possible revisions. Supplemental informational printed handouts will be available weekly. $99 for 6-week session.
